while this blog is typically focused on mason, my kay-dee sorority sister elizabeth tagged me with a challenge to list 7 things that others don't know about me... here's my attempt (while some people may know one or two of these, i don't think many know all of these things about me):
1. mtv was banned in my house growing up - since leaving the nest, i have become a real world junkie, not missing a season in over 6 years.
2. in my college days at louisiana tech, i was blown across a parking lot when my umbrella flipped inside out. thanks to the quick thinking of my roommates tammy and jenn (mainly tammy as jenn was laughing too hard to help), they caught me before i blew into the street.
3. i love to sing. with a better voice and a lot more stage presence, i'd probably be a rock star instead of a pr person.
4. i had a belly button ring for 10 years. it was taken out when i was 5 months pregnant by a man named pokey at our local tattoo/piercing shop.
5. although i exhibit most of the personality traits of a firstborn child, i am the middle kid of 3 sisters.
6. i could eat peanut butter every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly content.
7. the life stage that brought me further in my walk with Christ than any other was graduate school at auburn.
so, if you recall the game of tag from your childhood years, you know how this works. so kimberly, cara, and katie... you're it.

So I knew at least 3 of those things! Three and a half actually, half of #1, and numbers 4, 5 and 6! I am off to think up my own list!
oh...what a challenge...hmmm...i'll think about it.
