Unfortunately, she does not always prefer to use HER toothbrush :/

Little bit sneaky
Sneaky. Smart. Silent. It's a dangerous combination and little bit is proving that she is a little handful when it comes to typical toddler "I'm into everything" behavior.
Case in point: Sunday evening.
While folding clothes, I noticed that Mason was helping and Madison had disappeared. a quick look around the house revealed that she had snuck into the half bath was climbing the stool to try to wash her hands in the sink.
A short time later, I was making dinner while she and Mason played in the living room. I noticed it was suddenly eerily quiet and asked Mason where little bit was. His response: "I don't know!" Another frantic search around the house and I found her in my bathroom trying to start a bath. Agghhh!
We finally made it through dinner and as I'm cleaning up, she goes missing again. This time she's closed herself in the pantry (10 mins after finishing dinner) and she's climbed a stool in the pantry, grabbed a package of ritz crackers and is shoving them down her throat.
Seriously sister, you are sneaky, smart, and silent. And are probably going to give me a heart attack before you hit kindergarten!
Meanwhile, we are ramping up the "must close all doors" lessons with big brother...

Just another Saturday night
We color superhero posters. We build tents. We host dance parties in the kitchen. And apparently we send really cool, nearly naked, manly butterflies into space...
Just another fun-filled Saturday night at our house!
Note to Mason's future wife: you can't say you weren't warned! :)

Captivated
I'm still not sure what they were looking at, but it must have been good to have a captive audience like this!
All dressed up...
Someone is getting ready for a fun outing with daddy to the Astros game tomorrow! Thankfully they bought a shirt in his size :)

Two peas in a pod
Despite the 3+ year age difference, Mason and Madison are like two peas in a pod. She loves to do what big brother is doing and he absolutely adores her (95% of the time).
Over the long Easter weekend, we checked out a new (to us) park. They pretty much did everything together...

Anyone there?
So the blog has clearly taken the backseat this year in terms of priorities. I'm hopeful that downloading blogger on my phone will at least enable me to post some pictures from my phone... Like this one of the very adorable big girl who lives here... When did she get so big?!
