I'm so behind on blogging! A month ago, Mason started pre-k. I remember when I was pregnant with him and stressing over whether or not he would beat the Sept. 1 deadline to start kindergarten this year (I know, seems strange to worry 5 years in advance...) His due date was Aug. 31 and lo and behold, the deadline came and went with no Mason. 5 days later we evicted him and the kindergarten issue was settled.
God sure knew what He was doing! Mason is bright, but an extra year to mature (ie learn to sit still) and just enjoy learning without the extra pressure of "the big kid school" is awesome. His pre-k teacher is amazing and I'm already impressed with how she's won him over!
