medicine grapes

little bit has a name! (unless she decides to emerge from the womb a he, which would be quite unfortunate since we just gave away all of our boy clothes!) brad and i have been talking names for quite a while and finally decided to stick with our original girl name that we picked out when mason was just a wee peanut in the womb.

enough with the suspense... little bit will be known as madison grace reece, or if you ask mason, medicine grapes.

we're working on the pronunciation, but you have to admit, it's pretty cute. mason asks to see her, gives her kisses, checks with me to see if she's hurting me, and generally is growing into his big brother role quite nicely. hopefully this continues once she's officially here! he has also informed me that he wants to go with me to the hospital. right now. :)

i told him we'd wait another 3 months, just to be sure she's ready.

overall, she seems to be doing great. she wiggles quite frequently, but not as aggressively as mason did. and i think she likes to cross and uncross her feet, which is an interesting feeling near my rib cage. we can't wait to meet her!
